Orders

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, select your preferred size and color, then click Add to Cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to Checkout and complete your payment.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be modified or canceled before they have been processed for shipping. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible if you need assistance.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Orders: 2–7 business days

  • International Orders: 5–14 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Voran ships to selected international destinations. Shipping availability and rates will be displayed during checkout.

Products

How do I choose the right size?

Please refer to our Size Guide available on every product page. If you’re between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

Will the product color look exactly like the photos?

We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to different monitor or mobile screen settings.

Are your products true to size?

Yes. Our products are designed to follow standard sizing. We still recommend checking the Size Guide before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

Yes. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days after delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Can I exchange the size?

Yes. Size exchanges are available for eligible products, subject to stock availability.

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payment methods available during checkout. Available payment options may vary depending on your country.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. Voran does not store your payment information.

Account

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You may checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save your shipping details, and enjoy a faster checkout experience.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Click Forgot Password on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.

Promotions

Can I use more than one discount code?

Only one promotional code can be applied per order unless otherwise stated.

Why isn’t my discount code working?

Please check whether:

  • The code has expired.

  • Minimum purchase requirements are met.

  • The promotion applies to the selected products.

  • The code has already been used.
