Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days after delivery if they meet the following conditions:

• Unused
• Unwashed
• Original tags attached
• Original packaging included
• No signs of damage caused by the customer

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift Cards
• Final Sale items
• Personalized products
• Products marked as non-returnable

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchange

If you received the wrong size or a defective product, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
